Granite Oil has announced that it is reviewing strategic alternatives in an effort to increase shareholder value.
Cormark Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. have been engaged by the Special Committee as co-financial advisors in connection with the Process.
Granite's core asset is the “Alberta Bakken” pool at Ferguson.
