Diamondback Walks Back on Silver Hill Deal
Update: The Wall Street Journal is now reporting that Diamondback has walked away from negotiations in a potential deal to acquire Silver Hill Energy Partners. No statement has been released regarding why.
The Wall street Journal is reporting that Diamondback is nearing a deal to buy Private Equity backed Silver Hill Energy Partners for $2.5 Billion.
If this deal materializes it would be Diamondback's second deal in the Delaware basin this year.
As you might remember, back in July the company acquired Luxe Energy 19,000 acres in the Delaware Basin for $560 million, here.
