Hiland Crude, LLC has reported the launch of an open season to solicit shipper interest for crude oil transportation service involving an expansion of Hiland's Double H Pipeline, a new 488 mile pipeline currently under construction.

An initial open season was held in 2012 for the base capacity. The facilities will include the 488-mile Hiland pipeline currently under construction that originates in the Bakken oil production areas near Dore, North Dakota and Sydney, Montana and terminates at Hiland's tankage at Guernsey, Wyoming, together with new and increased capacity pump stations. Under the service offered, Hiland will deliver oil into connecting pipelines in Guernsey, Wyoming.  Interconnections at Guernsey will include the Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline and various other proposed interconnections.  Hiland expects to transport up to 100,000 barrels per day of crude oil beginning in the fourth quarter of 2014.

In the open season Hiland is soliciting shipper interest sufficient to support expansion of Hiland's Double H Pipeline.

Parties interested in reviewing the details of the proposed Hiland service will be required to execute Hiland's confidentiality agreement and may contact Jim Suttle at (580) 616-2050 or Dwaine Shroyer at (580) 616-2094.
