Fortem announced that Marc A. Bruner has been named Chairman, President, CEO and a director of the company on July 17, 2017.
Michael Caestano has vacated those executive positions to allow Bruner to step in, and has transitioned into COO while continuing his roles as Secretary, Treasurer, and a director of the company.
