Today, after updating our Rig database, we noticed that the rig count fell to 29 active rigs in the play. A look at the proposed drilling plans for 2016, a few operators are set to cut drilling rigs even more. You can find full planned drilling plans for each operator drilling the Bakken/Three Forks in North dakota here.
