PRD Energy Announces Decision to Dissolve Company

PRD Energy Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has concluded its review of the Company's strategic alternatives process and determined that an orderly liquidation and dissolution of the Company is the best alternative for maximizing shareholder value.
Effective immediately, the Company will cease to carry on business except as may be required to wind up the business and affairs of PRD.
PRD had operations in Germany.
