RSP Permian, Inc. announced that its shareholders have elected Kenneth V. Huseman to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Huseman will serve a three-year term, expiring in 2018, and will replace David Albin of Natural Gas Partners on the Board. RSP's shareholders also re-elected Ted Collins, Jr. and Michael W. Wallace each for another three-year term.
Mr. Huseman, 62, has 35 years of North American oil and gas industry experience, primarily in the oilfield services sector. Mr. Huseman has served as a director of Basic Energy Services, a publicly-traded oilfield services company, since 1999. From 1999 until September 2013, Mr. Huseman served as Basic's president and chief executive officer. Mr. Huseman served in numerous executive and management positions during his career, including roles at Key Energy Services, WellTech, Inc. and Pool Energy Services Co. He also served as a director of Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. from June 2011 until February 2013. Mr. Huseman received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
