RSP Permian to Offer $450MM in Senior Notes

RSP Permian, Inc. has reported that, subject to market conditions, it intends to offer $450 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2022 in a private placement to eligible purchasers under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay amounts drawn under its revolving credit facility and the balance for general corporate purposes.
