Halcón Resources Corporation has provided an update to its planned pre-packaged Chapter 11 filing.
As you can see from the chart below, common equity holders are getting crushed - with as little as 4% of the new company. The Notes (3L) holders gets the bulk of the new company (76.5%).
Halcon currently operates in the East Texas Eagle Ford and the Willison Basin.
