Leveraging management’s 30 plus years of combined experience in Appalachia, Salt Fork Resources is focused on the acquisition and development of oil and natural gas leases and minerals in Ohio and West Virginia.  Salt Fork Resources formed in March 2017 with capital commitments from Riverstone Holdings LLC and management.

​At Salt Fork Resources, we aim to keep land disturbance to a minimum.   We work with landowners to select sites that are minimally invasive, and we seek to drill longer laterals, which provides the ability to extract gas from a broader area without expanding our surface footprint.
