EQT Corp. has bid ~$750 million for Chevron Corp.'s Appalachian asset portfolio, according to a report by Reuters.
Late last year, Chevron announced it was mulling the sale of its gas-heavy assets following a hefty impairment charge it logged in December 2019.
Chevron's Appalachian Assets
Chevron has nearly 900,000 net acres in the Marcellus / Utica as well as ~1,300 drilling locations.
