ExxonMobil has announced that Steve Greenlee, president of ExxonMobil Upstream Business Development Co., has elected to retire on July 1 after more than 38 years of service.

In addition to her current role as president of Exxon's Upstream Integrated Solutions Co., Linda DuCharme will take over Greenlee's post. As a result, Exxon's board has elected her vice president of Exxon Mobil Corp.
