Gulfport Grows Production in SCOOP, Utica in Q2; 1,330 MMcfe/d Total

Gulfport Energy reported a production update ahead of its Q2 2018 results.

Highlights:

  • Net production during the second quarter of 2018 averaged 1,330.3 MMcfe per day, a 3% increase over the first quarter of 2018 and 28% increase versus the second quarter of 2017.

All areas posted YOY production growth with the exception of S. Louisiana:

  • SCOOP up +53%
  • Utica up +24% YOY
  • S. Louisiana down -18% YOY

For the second quarter of 2018, Gulfport’s net daily production mix was comprised of approximately 89% natural gas, 7% NGL and 4% oil.
