Hunter Oil reported an update to its executive team.
Al H. Denson, P.E. has been named the company's CEO effective immediately. He replaces Andrew Hromyk who assumes the new role of Executive Chairman.
About Denson:
Mr. Denson has over forty years of exploration and production experience, beginning his career in 1976 with Amoco Corporation (now BP), where he served in various engineering, operational and management roles both in the USA and internationally over a twenty-year tenure. Mr. Denson has served as a Director and member of the Company’s Operating Committee since 2014.
Mr. Denson has experience with both conventional and unconventional resources and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He earned both a BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana.
As CEO, Mr. Denson will be responsible for all of the Company’s operations, while Mr. Hromyk will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term, strategic alternatives for the Company.
