Pengrowth's Stock Delisted from the NYSE

Pengrowth has announced that its stock will be delisted from the NYSE.

The Board of Directors of Pengrowth decided that it was not in the long-term best interest of the Company or its shareholders to effect a reverse stock-split of the Company’s common stock, in order to preserve the listing of its common stock on the NYSE.

The company's shares will now be listed on the OTCQX market under the symbol "PGHEF". Additionally, Pengrowth’s shares will continue to trade in Canada on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "PGF".
