Revolution Wraps Up $200MM Acquisition of Jones Energy II
Revolution Resources has finalized its ~$200 million acquisition of Jones Energy II.
The deal further expands Revolution's portfolio in the Midcontinent region. The company entered the region in early 2018 when it acquired Hunton Lime assets from Gastar Exploration.
Assets Acquired in Jones Deal:
- Net Acreage: 174,500
- Production: 22.3 MBOEPD
- Proved Reserves: 104.7 MMBOE
