Devon Sells Wind River/CO2 Oil Asset; Production Update

Monday,March 29,2021

Devon said it sold its Wind River asset in Wyoming for an undisclosed amount.  The transaction closed on March 3, 2021 and produced 2 mbo/d.

Devon provided an update guidance its full year 2021 production forecast.  The company has restored its production to pre-storm levels and expects the weather-related downtime to be confined to the first quarter.  The company expects first quarter production to be reduced by 8% as a result of the severe winter condition.

Devon now expects oil production in the first quarter to be 261-265 Mbo/d and total production to range 485 - 499 Mboe/d.  As you might remember, this is the same guidance the company provided a few weeks ago.  No change.
