Ascent Resources Marcellus Emerges from Bankruptcy

Ascent Resources Marcellus has emerged from bankruptcy.

The company entered bankruptcy on February 6, 2018.

Ascent Resources, LLC, Ascent Resources Utica Holdings, LLC, Ascent Resources – Utica, LLC and Ascent Resources Management Services, LLC were not a subject of the ARM Restructuring.
