GASFRAC Names New CFO, VP of Operations

GASFRAC reported the appointment of Lori Mcleod-Hill as Chief Financial Officer and Colin Peters as Vice President Operations.

GASFRAC Energy Services Inc. has reported the appointment of Lori Mcleod-Hill as Chief Financial Officer and Colin Peters as Vice President Operations.

Lori is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of senior financial management experience, including as a CFO for a publicly listed oilfield safety services company. Her expertise includes financial reporting, planning & budgeting, internal controls and financing.

Colin has over 25 years of experience in the oilfield services industry. He has held senior operational management positions in North America and internationally for Nowsco Well Services and BJ Services Company. Colin joined GASFRAC in 2008 and has been responsible for the manufacture and deployment of our equipment builds. In this capacity he has worked closely with our operational teams and been instrumental in the development of our operational procedures.
