Altura Energy has inked a deal to sell off assets in east central Alberta and Saskatchewan, including the Eyehill, Eyehill South, Macklin, Wildmere, Killam and Provost Minor areas, for $28.4 million.

The buyer was not disclosed.

Asset Details: Total Proved Reserves: 1873 MBOE Production Volumes: 668 BOEPD (80% oil)(530 Bbls per day of oil, 11 Bbls per day of NGLs and 766 Mcf per day of natural gas) Acreage: 56 (44 net) sections (or 35,840 gross / 28,160 net acres)
