Apache will exit Canada upon completion of the sale of all of its Canadian assets in three separate transactions.
Apache has agreed to sell its Apache Canada Ltd. subsidiary to Paramount Resources Ltd. for $459.5 million. This includes properties located principally in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia.
