Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX/NYSE: BTE) entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement to divest its entire U.S. Eagle Ford assets to an Flywheel Energy for $2.305 billion (approximately C$3.25 billion) in cash, subject to customary adjustments effective September 1, 2025.
