BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire high quality oil properties in the Permian Basin of West Texas for approximately $29.0 million from Voyager Gas Corporation.
BreitBurn is acquiring the Lazy JL Field, which has total proved reserves of approximately 2 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMboe) and a reserve life index in excess of 18 years.
