Transaction Details: 

C&J Energy Services has agreed to sell its entire Canadian business unit to CWC Energy Services Corp. for C$37.5 million in cash.

This comes shortly after C&J struck a deal to acquire PE-backed O-Tex Pumping for $242 million.

The transaction includes the Company's Canadian fleet of 75 workover rigs, 13 swabbing rigs and the real estate associated with six operating facilities throughout Western Canada.
