Caerus Oil and Gas LLC (Caerus) announced today that it has purchased the Texas County, Oklahoma oil and gas assets of a major U.S. independent energy company for an undisclosed amount. The assets include over 300 wells and over 160,000 net acres of developed and undeveloped land, held by production. As a result of the transaction, Caerus anticipates it will hire up to seven professional and support staff to manage the assets.
