EnCap Flatrock has reported that midstream portfolio company Caiman Energy II LLC has entered into an agreement with Dominion to form a $1.5 billion joint venture that will provide midstream services to natural gas producers operating in the Utica shale in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Caiman Energy II and Dominion are expected to close on the formation of Blue Racer Midstream, LLC by the end of the year.
