Crescent Point Energy Corp. has entered a deal to sell its entire Uinta Basin position for $525 million (C$700 million). The company has cut back on drilling activity, slowing down from 3 rigs in Q1 of 2018 to 1 rig.
The buyer was not disclosed, however Shale Experts confirmed that the buyer was Finley Resources Inc.
This deal closed on October 18, 2019.
