Cutpick Energy Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an arrangement agreement with Crescent Point Energy Corp. , pursuant to which Crescent Point will, subject to certain conditions, acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Cutpick on the basis of 0.1400 of a Crescent Point common share for each outstanding Cutpick share.
