Diamondback said today it is acquiring midland basin focus Endeavor Energy in a deal worth $26 billion. The deal will consist of approximately 117.3 million in shares & $8 billion in cash. Diamondback shareholders will own 60% of the company.
Endeavor's assets and operations are located near Diamondback's existing Midland Basin operations in largely Martin, Midland & Reagan County, Texas.
