InstarAGF-backed Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL) has acquired a portfolio of operating assets in New Mexico.
EOG Resources confirmed it was the seller of the assets in an email to Shale Experts staff.
Transaction terms were not disclosed.
According to Shale Experts Well Database, prior to the sale, EOG operated 51 Salt water disposal wells in New Mexico.
As part of the deal, EOG also entered into a long-term contract with OWL for water infrastructure solutions. Details were not disclosed.
