Eagle Energy has signed an agreement to sell its entire interest in its oil and natural gas properties near Twining, Alberta to a third party for cash consideration of $13.82 million.

The buyer was not disclosed.

This is part of Eagle's strategy to re-focus its strategies on developing its assets in North Texas / Cleveland Play.

According to Eagle Energy's website, the Twining, Alberta property is comprised of:

21,600 gross (13,500 net acres) 60 gross (37 net) producing oil wells Production mix is 65% light oil/NGLs

The Sale is expected to close on or about August 28, 2018.
