Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. announced today it has entered into three strategic acquisitions in its midstream and upstream businesses for a combined purchase price of approximately $420 million. Additionally, the Partnership announced the execution of a unit purchase agreement for a private placement of equity totaling approximately $204 million.
