Eclipse Resources, who's majority shareholder is Encap has inked a merger deal with Blue Ridge Mountain Resources (OTCPK:BRMR) in a all-stock transaction that will give the combined company a equity value of $900 million and a total enterprise value of $1.4 billion.
This deal closed on February 28, 2019.
Eclipse will issue 230 million shares to Blue Ridge shareholders. Eclipse will own 57.5% of the combined company and Blue Ridge will own 42.5%. According to Shale Experts analyst, the deal is priced at $350 million.
