Encana has agreed to sell its Montney Pipestone Liquids Hub and the planned Pipestone Processing Facility to Keyera for $39 million (US$81.2 million).
Encana and Keyera will jointly develop the facilities (located in Grand Prairie, Alberta), with Encana managing the design, construction and initial operation. Keyera will provide Encana with processing services under a competitive fee-for-service arrangement.
