Closing Announcement - September 30, 2014

Jupiter Resources Inc. has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Encana's Bighorn assets in the Alberta Deep Basin for CAD$2.0 billion (before closing adjustments).

The Bighorn acquisition was originally announced on June 26, 2014.

Initial Announcement - June 27, 2014

Encana has reached an agreement with Calgary, Alberta-based Jupiter Resources to sell its Bighorn assets for approximately US$1.8 billion (C$2.0 billion).
