EnCap Flatrock Midstream announced today that Cardinal Midstream, LLC has closed on the previously announced sale of substantially all of its assets to Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. Cardinal was founded in 2009 and is backed by private equity commitments from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and EnCap Investments L.P. The $600 million transaction includes three cryogenic processing plants located in Oklahoma’s Woodford shale, approximately 66 miles of gathering pipelines, treating and compression facilities, and a natural gas treating business.
