Enegy Transfer Partners announced that its subsidiares, Energy Transfer Interestate Holdings and ET Rover Pipeline have closed a deal to sell its 49.9% interest in HoldCo to Blackstone Energy Partners.
Now, HoldCo is owned 50.1% by Enerty Transfer and 49.9% by Blackstone. HoldCo is a 65% interest in Rover Peipeline which currently transports more than one billion cubic feet of natural gas per day from Cadiz, Ohio to Defiance, Ohio.
