GeoPark Limited has signed a deal to acquire Amerisur Resources Plc.
GeoPark will acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Amerisur for a total cash consideration of approximately £242 million, or ~US$312 million.
Closing of the Transaction is expected in December 2019 or in January 2020.
