Indigo Minerals II LLC today announced the completion of a purchase and sale transaction with Royalty Interests Partnership II, LP, an affiliate of Saxet Petroleum, Inc., whereby Saxet acquired all of Indigo’s interest in approximately 2,580 net acres of minerals located in the prolific Bakken Shale.
