JP Energy Development LP announced the acquisition of Wildcat Permian Services LLC for $210 million from Approach Resources and its partner.
The purchase, expected to be complete before the end of the year, expands JP Energy’s midstream portfolio in the Permian Basin by adding a 50-mile crude oil pipeline, truck terminals and bay facilities in Crockett and Reagan Counties.
The system is capable of handling 100,000 barrels of oil per day while storing another 40,000 barrels on-site.
