Kalnin Ventures reported that its subsidiary, BKV Oil and Gas Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire Warren Resources' entire Northeast Marcellus position for $105 million.
The acreage is located in Pennsylvania’s Wyoming County. While the release didn't specify the exact acreage included in the deal, according to Warren's presentation, the company holds ~5,289 net acres in the area.
The assets include 35 producing wells, with another 23 proven and undeveloped (PUD) well locations in the lower Marcellus. The asset produced 52 MMcf/d of gas according to Shale Experts Production database.
