Kea Petroleum plc has announced that it has entered into a Farm-Out Agreement with MEO Australia Ltd in respect of PEP 51153, including the Puka discovery.
MEO is an ASX-listed independent oil and gas company with a portfolio of exploration and appraisal projects located offshore Northern Australia and Indonesia.
NZ$14m staged work programme with MEO to boost production and further appraise Puka.
