KrisEnergy Ltd has reported that its wholly owned subsidiary, KrisEnergy Asia Holdings BV, has entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Tullow Oil International Limited to acquire 100% of the share capital of Tullow Bangladesh Limited (TBL).
The transaction is pending approvals from Bangladesh Mineral Oil and Gas Corporation and the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
