LNG Energy Ltd. has entered into a definitive agreement with Enterprise Energy Resources Ltd. whereby LNG will acquire, through a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act, all of the outstanding common shares of Enterprise for total consideration of approximately C$4.7 million (based on LNG's closing price on June 21, 2013) payable in shares of LNG.
