Legacy Reserves LP today announced it has closed acquisitions of oil and gas properties located in the Permian Basin for $9.2 million in three separate transactions. The subject properties are operated and produce approximately 179 Boe per day, of which 84% is oil and natural gas liquids. Proved reserves are 869 MBoe from internal estimates.
