NP Resources, LLC, a venture between NPR Management Holdings, LLC of Denver, Colorado and Vortus Investments of Fort Worth, Texas has acquired certain assets from Whiting Petroleum and other sellers in Billings, Golden Valley, and McKenzie Counties, North Dakota.
