Oasis Petroleum is ditching its non-core Williston Basin assets in two separate deals worth a total of $283 million. Shale Experts was eable to confirm that the Buyer is Whiting Petroleum.
The agreements include the Company's Foreman Butte position, which included inventory that we characterized as fairway, and certain non-operated acreage.
