QEP Resources has agreed to sell all of its natural gas and oil producing properties, undeveloped acreage and associated gas gathering and treating systems in the Haynesville/Cotton Valley to Aethon III (an affiliate of Aethon Energy) for $735.0 million.
This deal closed on January 10, 2019.
This comes shortly after QEP inked a deal to sell its entire Williston Basin portfolio for $1.725 billion.
