PHX Minerals Inc. announced a mineral and royalty acquisition targeting the Haynesville play in Louisiana for $4.3 million from a private, undisclosed seller.
The deal will be funded with a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under our existing credit facility. The Company continues to expand its presence in the Haynesville while preserving the strength of our balance sheet. The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected to close by May 13, 2022.
