Panhandle Oil & Gas has agreed to acquire two packages of mineral and royalty assets from Red Stone Resources LLC for $6.9 million in cash/stock ($6.4 million in cash / $0.5 million in stock).
The assets consist of royalty acres in the SCOOP and Haynesville plays.
This deal closed on October 12, 2020.
